Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

MA-PDI strives to provide high-quality educational content and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Digital Products

Refunds for digital products, including online courses, are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The course has not been accessed beyond 30% completion, and

  • No certificates of completion have been issued.

Once a course exceeds 30% progress or a certificate has been issued, it is considered fully delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access a course due to a technical error on our end, please contact us within 7 days for resolution. If we are unable to provide access, a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, email admin@ghrcn.com with your full name, course purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

Refund disputes not resolved by customer service may be escalated to our compliance team.
