Refunds for digital products, including online courses, are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
The course has not been accessed beyond 30% completion, and
No certificates of completion have been issued.
Once a course exceeds 30% progress or a certificate has been issued, it is considered fully delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund.
2. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access a course due to a technical error on our end, please contact us within 7 days for resolution. If we are unable to provide access, a full refund will be issued.
To request a refund, email admin@ghrcn.com with your full name, course purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
Refund disputes not resolved by customer service may be escalated to our compliance team.
